Fosters scoops the order for two MOD base reinforcements through Hanson Construction Projects.

Although different sides of the country Hanson South West and Hanson Central both called on FCL for the specialised installation of Geotextile reinforcement.  FCL’s reputation for quality products, speedy installation and no hidden costs remains undamaged as 30,000m2 over 4 days  was comfortably achieved.

Foster Contracting completes 4,000m2 for Birse CL on the H5 roundabout Milton Keynes using Tensar’s ARG.

This contract proved to be a good challenge for FCL’s highly skilled team. Tensar AR-G is a composite consisting of a stiff monolithic geogrid with integral junctions (Tensar AR1) bonded to a non-woven paving fabric. View Tensar AR1 product details

FCL completes over 12,000m2 of Polyfelt PGM-G200 for Tarmac National Contracting on the A41 London.
FCL comfortably installed an average of 1,000m2 of PGM-G200 per night on this busy stretch of road in London.

Foster Contracting has successfully undertaken the rubber removal of some 27,000m² of rubber at Manchester airport Runway 1.

Using their Osprey3000 the regular team of two, Tim and Andy managed to complete the programme in 7 nights accomplishing a rate of nearly 4,000m² per night well within the allocated time frame.

It was commented that Foster's Osprey3000 has been the most successful and reliable machine to remove the rubber deposits at Manchester Airport ever!

Yet another DSA success...
...FCL crosses the border to Scotland to remove successfully the excess bitumen from 5,000m² of newly laid Tarmac “Masterpave”.

This preferred product selected specially for these sites would usually rely on traffic to remove the film of binder that is left after surfacing.

These motor cycle test areas require immediate skid resistance to be suitable for the purpose intended

It has been proved that Osprey3000 gives a suitable uniform level of binder removal and is fast becoming the preferred method by asphalt contractors.

Driving Standards Agency call in FCL to remove potential danger!

The contract pictured is a Driving Standards Agency where the new laid SMA has a film of binder on the surface that normally relies on traffic to wear it off, on these sites as there is no traffic and it is used for motorcycle training it is necessary to remove this potentially dangerous film of binder. It is proved that the safest and most effective way of removing this film without damaging the integrity of the surface is by the use of ultra high pressure water.
